With almost 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) combined with specialization training in corrective exercise, I bring a deep understanding of movement, biomechanics, and whole-body wellness.

My background in dance, pilates and holistic health allows me to integrate functional movement, flexibility, and core strength into each session—helping you achieve sustainable results.
